IMPORTANT TANK INSTALLATION INFORMATION

Side view (Example model V1340)

  • The tank should be positioned so that the fill point is easily accessible.
  • The entire base of the tank should be supported, flat and solid.

  • The outlet supplied fitted with the tank is a 1” female bsp fitting and is set at the correct torque setting.
  • The tank should be protected against strong wind, especially when empty.
  • All pipe work should be supported to reduce stress on the joints.
  • The tanks are designed for static use only.
  • For use with the following fuels:-
    • Diesel
    • Kerosene
    • Paraffin
  • The tanks are not suitable for drinking water.
  • The tank should be clearly labelled to identify the contents for other people’s safety.
